Day 7 - The Mart Theatre, Skipton

Last night we played in a converted cattle auction ring! The sound was fantastic and the crowd was even better - thank you so much for being the friendliest crowd yet (and that's saying something)!  Funny looking out the window before the gig and seeing people look very confused as they got out of their cars - a pretty extraordinary venue :-)

Today has been a big day for me as it's album launch day!  We broke 40 in the iTunes singer-songwriter chart around lunchtime and I've had loads of lovely comments and emails, so thank you for that!  I hope you're all enjoying the tunes :-)

We explored Harrogate today in the sunshine on our way up to Seahouses and had a stroll through the beautiful park.  Nothing like a bit of April sunbathing!  We're in an absolutely gorgeous place for the gig tonight, but more on that tomorrow!
