Good Evening All!
I've been waiting to share some big news with you and now the time has come. Amid the recording for the singles I'm releasing this year, I've been back in the studio for another reason! In September this year I'm going to be releasing a 14 track "deluxe edition" of my second album "Young Runaway". This is partly down to popular request from you guys and partly for my creative satisfaction too. My sound and songwriting has developed a lot over the past couple of years and I've been wanting to bring out a collection that allows me to include some newer songs while also developing further (and in places reworking) my older songs to reflect my current artistic approach. There will be plenty of new instrumentation and production, which in places will completely transform songs that you already know well, hopefully taking them to a new level. All the songs included in the collection will be completely remixed and remastered giving them a fresh lease of life. This album also allows me to include some tracks that have never previously been released on a full length album. These include "Just Breathe", "Never Been In Love Before", "Tilly's Song", and "Time". I'm excited to share with you this project that I've been working on. In preparation for it's release I need to let you know that the old version of "Young Runaway" will be removed from all online platforms from the end of July. But it will only be a couple of months until you can access the new deluxe edition and listen to you heart's content via CD and/or online platforms. There'll be new artwork, but it won't be difficult to spot and I'll be keeping you up to date with developments in the coming weeks. If you're worried about withdrawal symptoms in the meantime, then you've got a couple of days to download the old version from iTunes or similar. I can't wait for September. I hope you're enjoying my new summer tune "Up To You" and the rest of the 2018 singles. Thanks for your support as always. H xxx Pic by Ian Wallman Comments are closed.
